1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use this App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your anonymous or linked account. You agree not to use a false identity or upload photos that you do not own the rights to.

3. User Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

Because the App allows you to share habits and upload profile pictures, you agree not to:

• Post any "Objectionable Content" (including but not limited to: nudity, violence, harassment, or illegal material).
• Use the habit titles or profile photos to bully or defame other users.

Note: I reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates these rules to comply with Apple/Google safety guidelines.

4. Subscriptions (Pro Version)

• Billing: Payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Free Trial: I offer a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged.
• Refunds: Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple/Google. I do not have the technical ability to issue refunds directly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." While I strive for 100% uptime for shared streaks, I am not responsible for data loss or sync errors caused by network issues or third-party provider outages.
