Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Gramos Imeri ("I", "me", or "the Developer") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use my mobile habit-tracking application (the "App").

1. Data I Collect

• Account Data: I use "better-auth" for anonymous authentication. If you choose to link your account, I will collect your Apple ID information.
• Profile Information (Optional): You may provide your name, exact birthdate, sex, and a profile picture.
• Habit Data: Data regarding the habits you create, your progress, and your streaks.
• Device Data: Technical information such as your IP address, device model, and operating system version.
• Interaction Data: In shared modes, your name and profile picture are visible to other users who search for you or share a habit with you.

2. How I Use Your Data

• To synchronize your habit progress in real-time.
• To manage shared streaks between users.
• To process subscriptions via RevenueCat.
• To improve the App's performance and fix bugs.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

I use the following services to run the App:

• Convex: My database provider. Data is stored on servers located in Europe.
• RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions and "Pro" features.
• Apple/Google: For authentication and payment processing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account within the App settings. This will permanently remove your personal data from my database (Convex).
